I, the applicant and my legal guardian, hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this application. I confirm that I possess the full legal authority to consent to participation in events organised by the Creative Asia Foundation and its associated partners. This includes all related activities, competitions, and programs.

By submitting this application, I grant permission for the photographic, video, audio, or any other form of electronic recording of myself, my artwork, and my artist statement on behalf of Creative Asia Foundation and its event partners. I acknowledge and agree that ownership of any such recordings will be retained by the event organisers.

I authorise the use or reproduction of any recordings mentioned above for any reasonable purposes as deemed fit by the event organizers without entitlement to remuneration or compensation.
